
Pakistan’s biggest bodybuilding event, the Mr. Pakistan 2025-26 National Bodybuilding Championship, is all set to take place on May 13 at the Pakistan Sports Board Complex, Jinnah Stadium, Islamabad. The mega event has been officially announced by the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation, promising a high-profile competition featuring the country’s top physique athletes.
The championship is expected to be inaugurated by Shehbaz Sharif, who will attend as the Chief Guest, adding further prestige to one of Pakistan’s most anticipated fitness and bodybuilding events.
Capital Zone Selection Trials Scheduled
Ahead of the national championship, the Capital Zone Bodybuilding Association has finalized February 10, 2026, for regional selection trials. The trials will be conducted at BRS Gym in Westridge, Rawalpindi, under the management of Misbah-ud-Din.
Athletes from Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Chakwal, Gujar Khan, Attock, Abbottabad, Wah, Taxila, and Mirpur will compete for a place in the Capital Zone squad. These trials are a crucial step in identifying top bodybuilding talent and ensuring strong representation at the national level.

Khurram Saeed, President of the Capital Zone Bodybuilding Association and Vice President of the federation, highlighted the collective efforts behind organizing the championship. He acknowledged the contributions of Federation General Secretary Sohail Anwar, Dr. Nabeel, and Muhammad Fayyaz Ilyas in preparing for what is expected to be a landmark event in Pakistan’s bodybuilding calendar.
